Shameless Rah-Rah Video
This is just a Photobucket video test for my blogger friend, Sue. (Ok, yes that’s me, 2nd in line by the yellow partition, and you can stop laughing at my fluffy ponytail “big hair” anytime now.)

Look at you! Gettin’ down with your bad self. There was a bit of dancin’ in those cheers. Awesome. I remember those pony tails! OY! DQ and Blondie always had those high side pony tails. We can always tell what year the pics are by the heighth of Baby Sis’ bangs!

@Jenna: I did have my “groove thang” on that day. Funny how I got stuck front and center with my funky white girl dance, don’t you think?
@Sue: I’m still amazed at the bangs… who in the heck convinced us that look was attractive anyway? And best of luck to you on the tunes–you’ll be there in no time.
@Earl: The DVD is expected to release in January.
And the fidgity chick? I wanted to slap her silly. Couldn’t she see that we were getting in the zone over there? I mean the nerve, really!
I love this video… you should be so happy to have footage of your teen days. Mom bought Dad a movie camera (film!) for Christmas one year and he exchanged it for an electric rotary saw. I understand the allure of power tools, but I’d love to see my family in motion from back then instead of just stills!

@Eric: And of all the performances and competitions over the course of many years, that’s the only video I have. (Of course, if I were really desperate to see more, my fellow rah-rah buddies have video tapes… it’s always nice to know it’s recorded somewhere.)

Hey, that was FUN! You were really good - you didn’t say how your squad did during that championship. You guys are shaming me…I need to follow up on posting some of my video clips. I had actually been looking at Vlog…

@Deannie: How did we do? We were 1st runner up and lost to a squad from Holdridge, NE. Having never heard of them, we were just glad that we beat our local archrivals. Thanks for the comment! I’ll be looking for your Vlog soon… maybe?
