After working on this blog all morning in my pajamas, I’m proud to report that at this very moment the ITCM blog-site is all squeaky clean again. The banner is a little too wide for my liking, but that’s a minor aesthetic issue to work out later. Catholic Hubs and I tested each and every update throughout the clean-up process, finding and removing only one minor glitch that had been causing your web browsers to report me as a mal-ware infested site. So we’re all done with that, thank goodness.
Now if you would please let me know if you experience any hang-ups while visiting this site, I’d sure appreciate it. BTW: Thanks to you friendly visitors who already offered help in troubleshooting - you’re a true blessing!

Intermittently throughout the day, I’ve been dealing with blog issues that I won’t go into detail here. However, out of this whole dealing process I must say that leaving my ITCM look/theme has been more difficult than at first I’d imagined. But it must be done… and so I’m on the lookout for a new theme that will do the following for this blog:
- Support widgets. Got to have those here, including one that is Flickr related to display photos.
- Allow me to change the banner. Generic banners are just. not. my. style.
- Simple yet elegant. I don’t do the busy look - less is more.
Anyway, that’s only a small part of what I’ve dealt with in this blog today… that and the question of Do I really want to deal with the crap that goes along with maintaining a blog anyway? Yes, I’m unhappy about recent blog-related events, and yet not ready to throw in the towel after a lost Saturday. Stay tuned.

After a couple weeks of testing both Pownce and Twitter with Facebook, I’ve decided that I like Pownce so much better that I’m about to dump Twitter. Why, you ask? Well, let’s just call it GUT INSTINCT. I’m not up for posting a complete analysis just yet, and I won’t bail out on Twitter until I can put my finger on a good reason.
So I ask: for those of you Powncers and Twitter’ers out there reading this blog, I’d like to know your thoughts. Pownce? Twitter? Both? Neither? I want to know what you think. Speak now or forever hold your peace. Or maybe just humor me so this blog doesn’t sit out there with no comments, looking all ridiculous.
